CASCO would like to congratulate Structural Designer II, Neil Michalak on passing his PE Exam!

Neil Michalak attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating in December 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis.

Neil completed a summer internship with CD Companies, CASCO division in the summer of 2019 before becoming a full-time staff member in January of 2020. During his time with us he has worked on several commercial retail buildings, gaining valuable experience in steel, tilt-up concrete, wood, and masonry. When asked what his favorite projects are he says, “projects with a challenge that you learn from”. Neil is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the nations oldest engineering society. In his free time Neil enjoys going to and watching St. Louis Blues games, playing video games and board games, and bike riding.

“It was a big relief to pass. I am excited for future opportunities”, Neil tells us.
