Pirch Corporate Office

CASCO assisted in Fixtures Living’s re-branding initiative of their corporate headquarters in San Diego to “Pirch.” CASCO provided professional engineering services for the extensive renovation of their headquarters.

Jefferson City, MO

Highland Village

Highland Village is a three-story, multi-tenant office building in Jefferson City, MO. Before it’s vacancy, the building was used for medical offices, connected to the now demolished St. Mary’s Hospital. CASCO’s design included HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems upgrades, updated interior common spaces, and exterior design renovation. Each of the leased tenant spaces were designed in collaboration with R|5 Design Agency, CASCO’s interior design studio

Jefferson City, MO

CD Companies was selected to reimagine a 73,000 SF vacant space (formerly a SEARS) and create a vibrant collaborative office space for 700 employees. By creating a center axis design, CD Companies was able to provide a compelling design concept that provided a program that allowed for shared resources, logistical organization between divisions, and flexibility for future expansion. The client’s focus on technology allowed for cutting edge data solutions, uninterrupted power supply, and generator backup.
