CASCO’s architectural and building design capabilities cover a wide range of commercial office, distribution center, entertainment, educational, government, hospitality, institutional, industrial, retail, and warehouse buildings. We have experience with steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and tilt-up facilities. Our design studios offer comprehensive services in programming, creative thinking, functional needs analysis, site evaluations, budgetary planning, three-dimensional modeling, and color rendering.

Our architects are licensed in 49 states and the District of Columbia, with project experience that spans the U.S. coast-to-coast, including the hurricane coastlines of the Gulf and Atlantic. They work directly with our in-house engineering staff to identify critical issues at the outset of a project and provide proactive and creative solutions for optimal outcomes. Issues that arise in the field are prioritized for quick response, and a sense of urgency is central to the development of solutions.
