Our project managers and site development specialists are experienced in performing thorough site and feasibility assessments culminating in an extensive site investigation report which provides our clients a significant advantage in their site evaluation and pro-forma analytics. If the development risks are deemed tolerable by our clients, our project managers are experienced in executing and coordinating all phases of due diligence, including the most difficult entitlement and development approvals. As an agent of the owner, we are prepared to assist with procurement of survey, geotechnical, and environmental specialty consultants.
