Leonard Volner

The CASCO + R|5 family has added another team member, meet Leonard “Leo” Volner.

Leo Volner, a native Missourian, is an EIT and works in our Civil Engineering Department. He brings a variety of civil engineering project experience and in his off hours is a self proclaimed adrenaline junkie with aspirations of being a pilot one day.

Leo works in the Civil Engineering Department to prepare site development plans, calculations, and reports. He has previous experience working at Cochran Engineering on a variety of civil engineering projects involving real estate land development, storm-water management and modeling, water towers and water distribution system design and analysis, sanitary sewer system analysis, and roadway design. He has worked for clients large and small with projects ranging in scope from large scale site development for retail big box stores to simple system design for a single residence. Leo has served clients in government, commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors.

Leo is an alumnus of Missouri University of Science and Technology. During his college career he was involved in several prominent organizations. He served as Vice President of American Society of Civil Engineers, Publicist of Associated General Contractors, design team member of American Concrete Institute, member of the Architectural Engineering Institute, and Student Ambassador for the Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering Department.

Today Leo Volner is active in the Engineer’s Club of St. Louis and runs a small business in his free time. He is always looking for new opportunities to contribute to networking and educational organizations.  We are excited that Leo has joined our team!
