The senior living community has 51 assisted living units and 25 memory care units. The entire facility offers individualized healthcare plans, supervision by a nurse in a secured building that includes activity stations, outdoor walking paths, four seasons room, a theatre, an arts and crafts activity room, aquariums, beauty and barber shop, spa, wellness exercise room and outdoor courtyard pavilion and sensory gardens. This retirement care community specializes in Alzheimer’s and other memory care.
Reflections encourage an active lifestyle to make every moment a meaningful one. This project integrated a fusion of classic finishes, ornamental articulation, and contemporary fenestrations to develop a warm, human-scaled sense of residency.
In collaboration with Unique Homes, our team designed, detailed, and engineered two multi-story congregate care luxury facilities with assisted living and memory care units in central Illinois. The senior living community has 51 assisted living units and 25 memory care units.

Our team collaborated with Meridian Senior Living to create a full-service assisted living and memory care facility. We designed, detailed, and engineered this 3-story facility, which planned to have 130 living units that are a mix of studio and two-bedroom assisted living units and a mix of private and semi-private Memory Care Units with full kitchens and services. This project is located on 4.36 acres and designed as a non-combustible building with an Institutional Use (12).
