Over the past eight years, our team and Primrose have collaborated on over 240 site locations in over 25 states, from site planning, conceptual design, and architecture and engineering services. Our early educational team has expanded as our relationship continues to grow.

Children’s Learning Adventure

Our team worked on approximately fifty (50) of their nationwide facilities. These facilities create a learning atmosphere for preschool to kindergarten-aged children. Facilities include classrooms, gymnasiums, lounge areas, media centers, and modern studios.

The Learning Experience

For more than thirty years, the founders of The Learning Experience, the Weissman family, have been positively impacting the lives of children by developing and implementing ground-breaking care and early education programs nationally.

Our team collaborated with Guggenheim Partners and the Learning Experience to design and develop multiple locations throughout the Midwest. During our collaboration, we provided site feasibility analysis, entitlement coordination, and presentation at the city planning commission and city council hearings.

Kids R Kids

Our team provided a complete building design and permitting service for 2 Kids R Kids locations in Texas. These locations are single-story facilities with ten classrooms, offices, a STEAM lab, an activity room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a playground.
