We’d like to congratulate Marcia Siemer on earning her Master of Architecture from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale! Not only is a Master of Architecture Degree a huge accomplishment, but this is also Marcia’s second master’s degree! She has been a key player on our team for over four years, and we’re proud of her hard work and remarkable leadership.

Marcia earned her Bachelor’s in Architectural Technology from Ranken Technical College in 2009 and her Master’s in Historic Preservation from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2012. During her time at CASCO, she’s been a vital part of many projects, with a large focus on urgent care designs. Recently, she is using her expertise in historic preservation on an exciting new project for the Missouri State Penitentiary in Jefferson City as well.

While remaining dedicated to producing quality work for our clients, Marcia has also contributed greatly to the growth and leadership of our employees through implementing a Women In Leadership group. This group encourages the women of CD Companies to set goals, strive for leadership and create positive change within our company.
