CASCO would like to congratulate Connor Endres, PE on his transition to CASCO’s Project Management group.
Connor graduated in December 2014 from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Before joining CD Companies, CASCO Civil division in September 2020, Connor spent 5 years working with water distribution systems and wastewater collections systems. In his 2 years with CASCO Civil he has gained experience in site development for a variety of retail and commercial sites. In the past year, Connor has also been a part of CASCO’s Project Management Mentorship program where he has had the chance to gain experience as a project manager for several retail projects. He notes that one of his favorite projects has been Dierbergs in Lake St. Louis. “Working as the civil engineer of record on the Dierbergs Lake St. Louis project and the Dierbergs Lake St. Louis roadway improvements project were very fulfilling and challenging projects. These projects involved coordination with our client as well as multiple permitting agencies, utility companies, contractors, and subcontractors that gave me great experience as I transitioned into the project manager role.”
When asked what is looking forward to about his new position Connor tells us “I am most looking forward to the opportunity to work with people on a more personal level both inside and outside of CD companies. As a project manager, I have the opportunity to work amongst all disciplines in our line of work, and I look forward to expanding my knowledge to more than civil engineering. I hope the transition to project manager opens the door for me to future leadership roles with CD Companies.”
Outside of work Connor enjoys playing sand volleyball, golf, and bowling. As well as relaxing at home with his fiancé and two dogs. He is also a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals so when given the chance he also enjoys catching a game at Busch Stadium.
Congratulations Connor! We’re glad to have you as a part of our Project Management team and know you will have continued success.
